By accepting this Agreement and submitting your data on the website ac-partner.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as in the mobile application «Partner AS» (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), by completing the registration form fields, the User:
The owner of the Website ac-partner.ru and the Application «Partner AS» is Limited Liability Company "Agency of Communications", TIN 7703604270. Actual location: Moscow, Kolodezny Lane, bld. 3, structure 25. LLC "Agency of Communications" operates under Agency Agreement No. 1539_TS dated 04.03.2025 with ПАО «Вымпел-Коммуникации», Agency Agreement No. D170408186-01 dated 01.01.2018 with ПАО «МТС», Agency Agreement No. 1-1013AVS2S dated 01.10.2013 with ПАО «Мегафон», Agency Agreement No. 195202 dated 01.08.2015 with ПАО «Теле2», and facilitates interaction between the Subscriber and the Telecom Operator.
The User gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, namely the performance of actions provided for in Clause 3, Part 1, Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, and confirms that by giving such consent they act freely, of their own will, and in their own interest. The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious. This User consent is deemed executed in simple written form for the processing of the following personal data:
The User grants ac-partner.ru and the Application «Partner AS» the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for the periods established by regulatory documents for record keeping, but not less than three years from the date the User stops using the services; clarification (updating, modification); use; destruction; anonymization; transfer upon court request, including to third parties, subject to measures ensuring protection of personal data from unauthorized access. This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a request to the Website and Application administration with the details specified in Article 14 of the Law “On Personal Data”. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be carried out by the User by sending a corresponding instruction in simple written form to the email address: help@k7.ru.
The Website and the Application are not liable for the use (whether lawful or unlawful) by third parties of Information posted by the User on the Website and in the Application, including its reproduction and distribution by any available means. The Website and the Application have the right to amend this Agreement. When amendments are made, the date of the latest update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Agreement takes effect upon publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
The current version of the Agreement is available at: ac-partner.ru/privacy?lang=en. The laws of the Russian Federation apply to this Agreement and to the relations between the user and the Website and the Application arising in connection with its application.
